Qualifications

• Level 2/3 Childcare (or ratio equivalent).
• Previous experience working within a Nursery.
• Strong empathy and understanding of individual student needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with student, staff, and parents.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to all children in the Nursery.
• Collaborate with classroom teacher to plan and deliver tailored lessons and activities.
• Support academic, social and emotional development, promoting confidence and independence.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for the student to thrive.
• Adapt teaching strategies and resources to suit learning styles and abilities.
• Assist with assessment of progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
