Job summary

Old Buckenham Hall is seeking a dedicated minibus driver to transport day students to and from Old Buckenham School from the local area, with 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening.

The ideal candidate holds a full, clean UK D1 driving licence and has at least 2 years of D1 driving experience. MiDAS training is preferred, with training available. This post emphasizes safeguarding and building positive relationships with young people.

Qualifications

• Full UK D1 driving licence is required.
• At least 2 years’ D1 driving experience.
• MiDAS training preferred, but training can be provided.
• Ability to build excellent relationships with young people.
• Good knowledge of local roads to find alternative routes.

Responsibilities

• Transport day students to Old Buckenham School morning and back in the evening (2 hours each).
• Ensure safe driving and punctual arrivals for term-time schedule.
• Maintain clean, safe minibuses and report any issues.
