Lift Feversham is seeking a Midday Supervisor to look after students during break times, ensuring safety and wellbeing outside the classroom. You’ll guide positive behaviour and monitor dining areas, playgrounds and other spaces around the school.

No formal qualifications are required; your warmth, patience and organisational skills matter. The role is 5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, term-time only, with opportunities to support lunchtime clubs and help keep areas clean and safe for pupils.

Formación

• Experience of supervising children or young people as a parent or carer.
• Patience, empathy and the ability to relate to young people
• Basic first aid training

Responsabilidades

• Keep students safe as they move around the school and use the dining areas
• Watch over students during lunch breaks and help manage behaviour in a calm and fair way
• Spot hazards or concerns and take action quickly to keep everyone safe
• Support students who may be upset or experiencing bullying, and share concerns with staff
• Help organise lunchtime clubs or activities when needed
• Keep tables and benches clean and tidy after meals
