Lift North Utterby is recruiting a Midday Supervisor to join the team for 10 hours a week, 39 weeks a year (term time only). You'll oversee students during break times, ensuring safety and a positive lunchtime environment.

No formal qualifications required; UK right to work is essential. We value warmth, patience, empathy and the ability to stay calm under pressure when supporting our students.

Responsibilities

• Keep students safe as they move around the school and use the dining areas
• Watch over students during lunch breaks and help manage behaviour in a calm and fair way
• Spot any hazards or concerns and take action quickly to keep everyone safe
• Support students who may be upset or experiencing bullying, and share any concerns with the right staff
• Help organise lunchtime clubs or activities when needed
• Keep tables and benches clean and tidy after meals
