Ilkley Grammar School is seeking a Learning Facilitator to join our Learning Support team. The role focuses on supporting vulnerable students to achieve and maintain wellbeing, working closely with the Attendance Team, pastoral groups and the Inclusive Learning team to remove barriers to learning.

Qualifications

• Has experience supporting secondary school-aged students, particularly those with additional needs or barriers to learning.
• Can build positive, trusting relationships and motivate students to engage, progress and develop independence.
• Is calm, patient and resilient, with the confidence to manage support students with their learning.
• Works effectively with colleagues, families and external professionals to provide coordinated support.

Responsibilities
