Dauntsey Academy Primary School in Devizes is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support Early Years Foundation Stage learners. You will run planned activities with individuals and small groups, monitor progress, and help foster independence and wellbeing within an inclusive environment.

Experience with young children and a strong focus on safeguarding are essential. This role is term-time, with DBS checks required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Formación

• Experience of working with young children.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Strong organisational abilities and safeguarding understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage to learn academically, socially and emotionally.
• Deliver planned learning activities to individuals and small groups.
• Work with teachers to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Tailor support to a range of learning needs, including additional needs.
• Encourage independence, development and wellbeing.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to support learning.
• Promote positive behaviour and build strong relationships with children and families.
