Job summary

Queen Katharine Academy is seeking a Cover Supervisor to maintain continuity of learning during teacher absences by delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects. You will create a calm, purposeful environment where every student feels supported and learning stays on track.

This permanent role is 37.5 hours per week, 39 weeks (term time plus one week), with a pattern of 7.30am-3.30pm, Monday to Friday. Salary is £25,638-£27,371 per annum (FTE £29,540-£31,537).

• Experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable.
• Ability to communicate clearly and lead a class independently.
