Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a part-time Catering Assistant at St Mary's Catholic School, Gillingham to cover maternity leave. The role combines food production and service during term-time with no weekend work.

You will work 10 hours per week at £12.71 per hour, across 38 weeks per year, supporting a friendly school kitchen and helping maintain high hygiene standards.

This position offers flexible term-time employment with an enhanced DBS disclosure being obtained for the role.

• Enhanced DBS disclosure required for role.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of tasty food and snacks
• Complying with Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards and procedures
• Keeping the kitchen, counter and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state
• Providing a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers
• Representing Caterlink and maintaining a positive brand image
