Job summary

Charterhouse School in Godalming is seeking a Boarding House Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness across the boarding houses.

The role is part-time and permanent, 16 hours per week during term time plus the week before each term starts and the week after term end (spring clean weeks). The hourly rate is £13.20, with potential overtime for lettings and all cleaning materials/training provided.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of boarding houses including washrooms, bedrooms, small kitchen areas and all communal spaces.
• Work in teams of 3–4 with a designated area for each staff member.
• Spring clean weeks: deep cleaning before term start and after term end.
