Millfield School is seeking an organised Archivist to preserve, develop and showcase the heritage of both Millfield Senior School and Millfield Prep School. From historic photographs and artefacts to digital collections, this role plays a key part in ensuring our story is protected and shared for generations to come.

Qualificações

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidential handling of sensitive information.
• Experience in an archive, museum or heritage setting is desirable.
• Familiarity with archival standards and cataloguing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Catalogue, organise and maintain archival collections across the two schools.
• Ensure safe storage and preservation of materials.
• Manage and develop cataloguing systems and databases.
• Respond to archive enquiries and provide historical research.
• Oversee digitisation projects and maintain digital archives.
• Curate displays and content for publications and alumni engagement.
• Support records management and GDPR compliance.
• Collaborate with Development, Alumni and Marketing teams.
