• Strong knowledge of WTA & ATP regulations.

• Experience managing large temporary workforce groups.

Aufgaben

• Ensure tournament operational requirements are delivered to high standards.
• Manage design and logistics of the tournament site.
• Line manage the Event Coordinator and develop a workforce plan.
• Manage recruitment and training of temporary personnel.
• Oversee daily operations and health/safety of attendees.
