Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Tender Manager from within the Nuclear industry to work remotely and lead the entire bid process, from initial receipt through to client feedback. This pivotal role involves defining winning strategies, crafting compelling narratives, and coordinating stakeholders across the business to deliver high-quality submissions and achieve ambitious order intake targets.


This role is ideal for a strategic and collaborative professional with extensive experience in bid and tender management, particularly within highly regulated industries. It would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, enjoys influencing outcomes through clear strategy and strong storytelling, and is passionate about driving commercial success.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the end-to-end tender process, from pre-qualification through submission to final client evaluation.

  • Develop bid strategies, schedules, and narratives that maximise scoring potential.

  • Coordinate contributions from internal teams, subsidiaries, and supply chain partners.

  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and client presentation rehearsals.

  • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and knowledge sharing.


In return you\'ll receive a salary up to £70k, 26 days holiday + Bank Holidays, the work will be fully remote (but you will have the option of going to the office in the Westhaven area if you\'d prefer) + 8% Pension Contributions + Much more.
