Job description
- Primary focal point for tenders received and to extrapolate key information to enable senior management to prioritise bids. Focused on vessel specs, project requirements, project constraints and technical feasibility.
- Production and co-ordination of tender documentation and returns in line with required internal deadlines for sign off and external deadlines for submissions.
- Alignment with other departments for specialist information required on returns (Technical / Operational / HSEQ).
- Production of tender clarification materials for email and teams submission/discussion.
- Management of company pre-registration process on charterers internal systems.
- Management of company online tender portals (SAP / Achilles / Mercell / MyFutura).
- Alignment with Offshore Wind Commercial Manager and Contract’s Specialist for tender generation.
- Strong technical and operational knowledge within the offshore wind sector.
- Experience in managing, producing and submitting tenders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a dynamic team/business.
- Knowledge of relevant industry dynamics and developments.
