We're looking for a skilled Tender and Bid Writer to join our Business Development team at CCP. In this role, you'll identify
tender opportunities, craft compelling submissions, and contribute to the success of our tendering and fundraising activity across
a wide range of services and localities.
What You'll Do
* Monitor procurement portals and opportunities
* Prepare high-quality tender responses and funding applications
* Collaborate with operational teams to tailor content
* Manage documentation and ensure timely submissions
* Secure grant and trust funding to support our projects
* Undertake research in support of our business strategy
We're seeking someone with proven experience in writing successful tenders and funding bids, with excellent written English and
verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines is a must, as is having a collaborative,
driven approach and a commitment to CCP's values.
Knowledge of online tendering portals, SSQ formats and funding applications is essential.

Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: Cheltenham
Pay: £35,000 per year

^Annual Leave entitlement will be pro-rata for Part-time staff. Working on public holidays due to a rota pattern will be
