Job summary

Tencent Cloud is seeking an AI & LLM Solution Architect to accelerate adoption of Tencent Cloud's enterprise AI platform across Europe. This customer-facing role blends solution architecture, customer engineering, and hands-on implementation to help enterprises design and scale production-ready AI applications.

You will work with TokenHub, LLMs, MCP, and AI agents, bridging business challenges with innovative AI solutions while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Research teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Generative AI, LLMs, ML, AI platforms, cloud computing, software engineering, or customer-facing consulting.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, MCP, model fine-tuning, and cloud-native AI architectures.
• Experience deploying enterprise AI apps on public clouds with production operations knowledge.
• Strong English; Mandarin proficiency for collaboration with China teams.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI and LLM solutions leveraging Tencent Cloud TokenHub and MCP ecosystem.
• Lead technical discovery workshops, PoCs, validation, and production deployment planning.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams during implementation and production rollout.
• Architect scalable enterprise AI systems including prompt engineering, RAG, and APIs.
• Work with Product, Engineering and Research to translate requirements into platform improvements.
• Create reference architectures, playbooks, and samples to accelerate adoption across Europe.
• Support opportunities with technical proposals, architecture reviews, and due diligence.

Tencent Cloud is seeking an AI & LLM Solution Architect to accelerate the adoption of Tencent Cloud's enterprise AI platform across Europe. This customer-facing technical role combines solution architecture, customer engineering, and hands-on AI implementation to help enterprises design, build, deploy, and scale production-ready AI applications. Leveraging Tencent Cloud TokenHub-a unified AI platform providing access to leading Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) ecosystem-you will work closely with enterprise customers, Product, Engineering, Research, and Commercial teams to bridge business challenges with innovative AI solutions. Beyond solution delivery, you will serve as the technical bridge between customers and Tencent Cloud's AI product organization, translating real-world customer requirements into product enhancements while accelerating enterprise AI adoption. Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand business challenges, identify AI transformation opportunities, and design end-to-end AI and LLM solutions leveraging Tencent Cloud TokenHub, leading foundation models, AI Agents, MCP ecosystem, and enterprise AI capabilities.
• Lead technical discovery workshops, architecture design sessions, Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), technical validation, and production deployment planning to accelerate enterprise AI adoption.
• Work directly with customer engineering teams throughout implementation and production rollout, troubleshooting complex technical issues and optimizing AI application performance within enterprise production environments.
• Design scalable enterprise AI architectures utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP), model fine-tuning, inference optimization, vector databases, API integration, AI workflow orchestration, and cloud-native AI services.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to translate customer requirements into platform enhancements, improve developer experience, and continuously evolve Tencent Cloud's AI platform through customer-driven feedback.
• Develop reusable reference architectures, implementation frameworks, sample applications, technical playbooks, and best practices that accelerate enterprise AI adoption across European customers and partners.
• Support strategic enterprise opportunities by leading technical proposals, architecture reviews, executive presentations, tender responses, and technical due diligence throughout the customer lifecycle.

Who We Look For

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, AI platforms, cloud computing, software engineering, MLOps, solution architecture, or customer-facing technical consulting.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies including LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, MCP, model fine-tuning, inference optimization, vector databases, AI orchestration frameworks, API integration, and cloud-native AI architectures.
• Experience developing or deploying enterprise AI applications on public cloud platforms, with practical knowledge of multi-model AI orchestration, model deployment, inference services, observability, and production operations.
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required. Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is required to collaborate with China headquarters on product discussions, technical design, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Self-driven with strong learning agility, curiosity for emerging AI technologies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
