We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Tenant Voice Officer to champion tenant engagement and ensure our customers are truly heard. If you’re driven by delivering outstanding service and want to make a real impact in communities, this could be the perfect role for you.

As a Tenant Voice Officer, you’ll lead tenant engagement efforts by gathering feedback, supporting community initiatives, and collaborating across teams to enhance the tenant experience. You’ll manage and resolve complaints fairly and efficiently, while also handling enquiries from MPs and the Housing Ombudsman with professionalism and care.

We’re seeking a customer-focused individual with experience in complaint handling and relationship building. You’ll need excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, creative mindset. Being highly organised and confident in taking initiative is key. A minimum of GCSE-level education or equivalent is required.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 37 hrs
