ARC (Norwich) Ltd is seeking a Tenant Participation Survey Assistant in Norwich for a short-term, temporary assignment. The role involves carrying out telephone surveys with tenants for a housing association, with some evening work required to reach tenants outside of daytime hours. Pay is PAYE, up to £13.14 per hour, based on a 37-hour week.

The position is temporary and ideal for those with telecommunications/marketing experience who can adapt to occasional after-hours work.
