oin our dynamic property management team as a Property Coordinator, overseeing 30+ HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) homes across Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, Hatfield, and Luton.

Harvey Roe is specialist high-end property investment company based in Hertfordshire who have an exciting opportunity for Property and Maintenance Co-ordinator to join their incredible team.

You will be a solution focused individual, who enjoys working hard; completing tasks & projects to perfection and have the confidence to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a fast paced, motivated team.

As tenant and property manager, your main activities will include:

  • Day to day rectification of a diverse range of maintenance issues arising at our portfolio of properties.
  • Supporting property refurbishments, updating of company online maintenance logging systems- weekly checking and actioning of works relating to company compliance specifically ensuring our portfolio remains compliant with HMO Council, Fire, Health and Safety requirements and regulations.
  • Monthly property inspections
  • Supporting the move in of new tenants by finding new tenants, creating inventories and check- ins
  • Arranging and conducting viewings to find suitable new tenants

The Maintenance and Compliance Manager must poses the following key skills:

  • A full UKDriving Licence
  • Use of their own vehicle / ability to use company vehicles
  • A wide range of manual skills relating to property maintenance including:JoineryBasic plumbing relating to kitchen and bathroom plumbing
  • Be physically fit and enjoy a practical role
  • Sales skills ad customer excellent understanding of good customer service

Working Hours and Benefits

This role offers a flexible schedule. Some workdays will extend until 6:00 PM (with a later start time on those days), while other days will have more traditional hours. Your weekly schedule will be agreed in advance to provide a healthy work-life balance. You’ll be joining a supportive team that values your contributions and offers opportunities to grow your career in property management.
