We are looking to recruit a Tenancy Sustainment Officer / Service Coordinator for a service in Blackburn. The service comprises units of self-contained accommodation and supports medium - high risk, vulnerable people. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm and this is an ongoing temporary contract until March 2026.

The candidate
A successful Tenancy Sustainment Officer / Service Coordinator will have experience in working with vulnerable clients and supporting people to maintain a tenancy through delivery of intensive housing management functions and customer service. Due to the nature of the role an Enhanced DBS is required.
