Medirest Signature in Chorley is recruiting a Tenancy Support Officer (Housing Options) to help residents settle into accommodation and sustain their tenancy. You will identify risks, develop personalised support plans and provide budgeting advice, delivering support across homes, community settings and by phone.
The role emphasises building confidence, resilience and independence while coordinating with landlords and partner agencies to secure long-term housing solutions.

Salary: 31,537 - 33,699

You’ll be organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload, while working collaboratively with colleagues, landlords and partner agencies. Whether your background is in housing, homelessness, support work or another customer-focused role, you’ll understand how to work with people facing difficult circumstances and help them find lasting solutions.
