AD WARRIOR is seeking a Tenancy Support Caseworker to join our Locality Team across the West Midlands, including Shropshire, Herefordshire, Birmingham, and surrounding areas. You will help customers stay housed by delivering personalised support and practical budgeting assistance.
The role requires experience in housing support, welfare benefits knowledge, and strong communication. You will engage with clients at home, coordinate with agencies, and maintain case records to monitor outcomes.

Salary: £32,300 per annum
