Job summary

The Hyde Group is seeking a Tenancy Management Advisor in London, located at London Bridge. The role offers training in housing management and focuses on delivering a responsive, customer-centred service.

You will be the frontline contact for ASB and tenancy queries, providing guidance and supporting early intervention and case management with CRM systems, while ensuring compliance with housing legislation and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in ASB, tenancy management or housing-related customer service.
• Some knowledge of housing law, tenancy processes and safeguarding principles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for ASB and tenancy management queries.
• Provide clear, accurate advice and guidance to customers.
• Support early intervention approaches including mediation and prevention.
• Manage and update case records accurately using CRM systems.
• Support tenancy changes including joint-to-sole applications, household updates and bereavement cases.
• Investigate issues such as abandonment, illegal subletting and tenancy breaches.
• Carry out risk assessments and support case planning.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies including police, local authorities and safeguarding partners.
• Ensure full compliance with housing legislation, safeguarding, GDPR and organisational policies.

We're looking for a Tenancy Management Advisor to join our frontline Neighbourhoods & Tenancy Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step up into a housing-focused role, with full training in housing management provided, while playing a key part in delivering a responsive, customer-centred service.
