The Hyde Group is hiring a Tenancy Housing Advisor in Chichester, with a mix of office-based and remote work (2 days in, 3 days remote). You'll join our Neighbourhoods & Tenancy Services team to provide responsive, customer-focused housing support and tenancy management.
You’ll handle ASB and tenancy queries, offer clear guidance, update CRM records, support early intervention and work with partner agencies to ensure compliance with housing legislation and safeguarding.
