A leading social business in Peterborough is seeking a full-time Tenancy Compliance Adviser. This role focuses on fostering landlord/tenant relationships and ensuring compliance with tenancy agreements through proactive engagement and monitoring. The successful candidate will work from home but must be available for tenant visits in the local area. Join a team dedicated to improving community living standards and providing quality housing solutions.
Salary £32,928 (in probation) rising to £34,661 + Car Allowance
Location: Peterborough / Remote
We have a great opportunity for a full-time Tenancy Compliance Adviser to join our Neighbourhood Management team. The role involves promoting a positive landlord/tenant relationship based on compliance with the tenancy agreement, through engagement with residents, early intervention, and monitoring of agreements to address poor property conditions.
You will primarily work from home; however, this role involves frequent tenant visits in the Peterborough area. Therefore, you need to be within travelling distance, hold a full UK driving licence, and have access to a suitably insured vehicle for business use.
This position requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
