Job summary

Catering in NR12, Bacton, Norfolk, is looking for an experienced Temporary Works Supervisor to manage live gas and asset health upgrade sites, ensuring full BS 5975 compliance and coordinating with the Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC).

You will inspect and sign off temporary works, issue permits for excavation, shoring and crane lifts, and brief site teams on temporary works procedures to stop unsafe work immediately if risks arise. Maintain the site temporary works register.

Qualifications

• Valid SMSTS or SSSTS card.
• CITB Temporary Works Supervisor certificate.
• Experience in gas networks, utilities, or heavy civils.
• Strong knowledge of soil stability, trench support, and scaffolding.
