Temporary Works Manager (Construction)
Job description
Our client is a renowned London-focused R/C and Structural Alterations contractor, with an enviable reputation for safety, quality, and delivery.
Due to the acquisition of new flagship schemes and work wins, they are keen to identify a Temporary Works Manager.
The role will be a mix of site and office-based.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all Temporary Works on site.
- Managing the daily activities of the Temporary Works packages, in respect of Health and Safety, Quality, and Programme.
- Managing the financials associated with the works and any variations, should they arise.
- Leading weekly progress meetings and producing the required timeline of works/action points.
- Subcontractor management to ensure projects are delivered on time and compliant.
- Ensuring Temporary Works design and implementation are rolled out clearly and efficiently.
- Keeping an updated log of all Temporary Works ensuring they are properly designed, erected, inspected, and dismantled.
