Joseph Gallagher Limited is seeking an engineer to bridge design and construction for heavy civil projects. You will develop temporary works solutions, prepare calculations and drawings, and support site teams from concept through construction.

The role requires strong practical engineering skills and collaboration with design and field personnel. Ideal candidates have experience in temporary works, BS 5975 familiarity, and the ability to interpret complex drawings and ground conditions.

Formación

• Engineer with strong fundamentals at the interface of design and construction.
• Experience in temporary works design for heavy civil projects.
• Ability to develop practical engineering solutions and interpret drawings/specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Develop temporary works solutions from initial brief through to construction.
• Review briefs and identify engineering requirements and design criteria.
• Produce calculations, drawings, and reports for temporary works.
• Ensure designs meet project requirements and safety standards.
• Provide site support and assist with construction planning and sequencing.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Site Managers and design teams.
