Temporary Works Design Engineer

Are you a structural engineer with several years of experience who would enjoy the challenge of complex temporary works design?

Would you like to work in a fast paced environment and are you good at thinking outside of the box? Do you want full support to achieving chartership?

The work includes lots of non-traditional solution driven temporary works design in specialist areas

You will be involved in design for of both above and below ground temporary works and heavy temporary works and all sorts of exciting challenges. The role will include dealing with contractors and visits to sites whilst receiving full support towards securing chartered status.

The role suits an ambitious, forward thinking, flexible structural engineer who is a good communicator and possesses a creative mindset. The capability to absorb new information, adaptability and problem solving capabilities are key. Projects are highly varied and often solutions using first principles are needed.

A 2.1, or better, degree from a good University is preferred. This role is aimed at an engineer with several years of design experience, either in permanent work or temporary works, who is keen to learn and progress.
