Join Our Team as a Temporary Weekend Receptionist!

Our client, located in North Tyneside, is seeking a Temporary Weekend Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their organisation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you!

Working Hours:

• Saturday: 9 am - 5 pm


• Sunday: 10 am - 4 pm

Hourly Rate: £13 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors with a warm and friendly welcome, ensuring a positive first impression.


• Manage incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate department or person.


• Maintain a tidy and organised reception area that reflects a professional image.


• Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.


• Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure all arrangements are in place.


• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as courier deliveries.


• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.


• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to keep up with a busy environment.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).


• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.


• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
