Temporary Warehouse Supervisor 3-4 Months

We're seeking a Temporary Fulfilment Supervisor to join my clients team on a short-term contract, lasting 3- 4 months, to provide crucial support in the web fulfilment area.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in e-commerce or a similar fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 10-20 people, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfilment.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the web fulfilment area.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring targets are met and providing feedback on team performance.
• Maintain a strong focus on health and safety protocols within the warehouse environment, ensuring a safe working space for all team members.
• Be prepared to get stuck in and work alongside your team to meet deadlines and solve problems.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a team of 10-20 people in a fast-moving, preferably e-commerce, fulfilment or warehouse environment.
• Highly target-focused and computer literate, with a strong understanding of KPI reporting.
• You should have a positive, can-do attitude, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and a passion for driving team performance.
