We are seeking a Test & Development Engineer at Oset Bikes, a leader in children's electric off-road motorcycles and part of the Triumph Motorcycle Group. In this technical role, you will focus on testing and developing vehicle components to meet our stringent standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to delivery are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute tests following established procedures for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain test plan registers and provide weekly summaries for management.
  • Develop new test rigs when necessary.
  • Set up mechanical and electrical validation tests as per guidelines.
  • Produce detailed test reports to company standards.
  • Assist colleagues with testing needs.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 5 years’ experience in a similar testing role.
  • 2 years’ experience in an electro-mechanical environment.
  • Ability to write technical reports per verification procedures.
  • Strong data recording skills and proactive information capture.
  • Minimal supervision required to work through test plans.
  • Experience with electrical test setups.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week.
