A Local Education Authority is seeking a dedicated Temporary Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional learning needs. This part-time role of 30 hours per week includes a lunchtime duty and is based at Cwmafan Primary School. Temporary Teaching Assistant General Level 2&3 – 30 hours per week / 39 weeks per year. To start as soon as possible. This post is temporary until 31.03.26 in the first instance.

Location: Cwmafan Primary School
Salary: Grade 3 SCP 3-5 (£15,923-£16,428); Teaching Assistant Level 2 - 27.5 hours (includes 2.5 hours lunchtime duty); Grade 5 SCP 10-17 (£1,617-£1,811); Teaching Assistant Level 3 - 2.5 hours

Contractual hours: 30 | Basis: Part time | Job category/type: Education and Schools
