Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking multiple part-time Site Managers to support a CB1 and CB3 school in Cambridge, with an immediate start on a temporary basis.

Roles are 6 weeks to six months, offering flexibility and training where needed. Responsibilities include opening the building as a key holder, assisting with cleaning, and overseeing facilities management and maintenance tasks to ensure the daily running of the school.

Qualifications

• Part-time site manager role with a temporary contract.
• Experience is beneficial but training provided.
• DBS check required? Training provided as part of safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist with cleaning across the school during morning and afternoon sessions.
• Carry out ad hoc duties to support daily school running.
• Oversee cleaning and facilities management within the site.
• Proactively handle maintenance tasks such as decorating, fixing and cleaning.

Job description

Teaching Personnel are seeking multiple part-time Site Managers to support a CB1 and CB3 school with an immediate start on a temporary basis. The role duration is expected to last within 6 weeks to up to six months, so someone who has the ability to be flexible is key!

Roles and responsibilities include:

• Being on site to open up the building. Key holder responsibilities
• Supporting and assisting with cleaning across the school in both morning and afternoon sessions
• Ad hoc general duties to support the school's daily running
• Overseeing cleaning and facilities management
• Proactive with maintenance tasks around the school (decorating, fixing and cleaning)

Experience in this field would be advantageous, but not essential, as the school are happy to provide some training for the role. Pay is relative to experience and training, but is negotiable for the right candidate.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
