Tobin is a great young man and has a committed team around him, he is currently looking to add a few more staff to his team including a temporary senior support worker to support his team leader. He lives in his own home and is usually active during the day, he enjoys drives in his car, the outdoors and loves exploring new places.
During the days you will be supporting Tobin out and about participating in one of the many activities he enjoys, this can range from swimming, rough terrain or woodland walks to day trips to national trusts, aquariums or spending time near the sea. Tobin is a good sleeper but has Epilepsy so has staff to keep an eye on him at night.
Tobin likes to be independent but his team will need to help him with some personal care and keeping his home the way he likes it. There will always two people working with Tobin. As a senior support worker your responsibilities will include shifts, both days and nights plus supporting the team leader in the leadership of the team.

Full driving License and ability to drive a Motability vehicle
Be flexible to work a mixture of shifts including long day sleepover
