Job description

A premium childrenswear retailer based in London is looking for a senior assistant merchandiser to join its in-house merchandising team on a temporary basis with a view of permanent hire. This role will be suitable for an assistant merchandiser looking to progress to junior merchandiser level. Suitable candidates must be immediately available.

As a senior AM/junior merchandiser, you will support the merchandiser in ensuring the success of their current and future product ranges.

Responsibilities include:

1. Sales and range performance analysis
2. Working with the merchandiser on seasonal planning
3. Ensuring all forecasts are accurately maintained
4. Managing category OTBs
5. Maintaining a strong relationship with internal teams, suppliers, and shipping partners
6. Managing an MAA

Looking for someone:

1. Currently a senior assistant merchandiser or junior merchandiser level
2. With retail, product, and online merchandising experience

In addition to a competitive salary of up to £37,000, this role comes with a hybrid working model of three days in the office a week and two days from home.
