Temporary Senior Administrator

Location: Wythenshawe - Parking onsite

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, from 22nd April for 8 weeks (possibly extended)

Requirements: Must already hold an Enhanced DBS Check!

Are you an organised and dedicated professional with a passion for supporting the education sector? Our client is seeking an exceptional Senior School Administrator to join their team and make a significant impact! If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy a variety of administrative tasks, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Complete forms, respond to correspondence, handle word processing, manage mail and emails, maintain records and management information systems.
  • Reception Duties: Manage switchboard, provide excellent customer service, validate deliveries, create a welcoming environment.
  • Service Management: Log work activities, ensure visitors follow procedures, handle visitor interactions professionally.
  • Support for Senior Leadership: Calendar management, collate paperwork for educational trips, liaise with key personnel.
  • Student Records Management: Maintain student records, input data, ensure GDPR compliance, operate IT packages including MS Office, handle student inquiries.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in education
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
