Temporary Senior Administrator – 6 Week Project

Duration:

6 weeks

Start Date:

4th June

Hours:

Monday to Friday 0830 – 1630 (1 hour lunch)

Location:

Onsite Snodland

Rate:

£Neg per hour (DOE)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator to support a key project on a 6-week temporary contract. The ideal candidate will be confident using Excel and SharePoint, have excellent attention to detail, and enjoy working independently.

Responsibilities:
  1. Managing and updating key project documents
  2. Reviewing and updating internal documents
  3. Sharing revised documents with Teams across the business via SharePoint
  4. Collating and actioning feedback from stakeholders
  5. Ensuring final versions are accurate, consistent, and properly stored
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Proven experience in a senior or high-level administrative role
  2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SharePoint
  3. Confident in managing and maintaining accurate document records
  4. Excellent communication and organisational skills
  5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
