Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Luton is seeking a confident Temporary Retail Security Officer to safeguard people, products and store environments while delivering a welcoming customer experience. You’ll work closely with the Store Management Team and play a vital role in loss prevention and safety.

In this role, you’ll be trusted with responsibility and play a vital role in safeguarding the store. Working closely with the Store Management Team, you’ll help prevent loss, manage risk and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism.

This is a full-time, permanent role with flexibility to work across daytime, evening and weekend shifts - ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and being an integral part of the store team.

What you’ll be doing

• Actively monitoring the store to identify, prevent and report incidents
• Operating and reviewing CCTV systems in line with company policies
• Supporting the enforcement of Health & Safety procedures
• Conducting investigations into stock loss, theft and fraud
