Are you a friendly, organised individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the education sector? We are seeking a dedicated Temporary School Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clients all-through school in Leeds.

Position Details:

• Role: Temporary School Receptionist


• Start Date: ASAP


• Contract Length: 6 weeks


• Working Pattern: Full Time, 8.30am - 4.30pm


• Location: Leeds, LS7 (Free Parking Onsite)


• Enhanced DBS on the update service required

What You'll Do:
As the first point of contact for the school community, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting students, parents, and visitors with a warm smile


• Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff


• Assisting with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations


• Maintaining student records and managing attendance


• Providing information about school policies and events


• Supporting the school team in various tasks as needed
