Join Our Team as a School Cook!
Location: York
Contract Type: Temporary - approx 3 months

At our school in York, we are on the lookout for a cheerful and dedicated School Cook to join our team on a temporary basis. You\'ll play a vital role in creating nutritious and appetising meals that fuel our students\' learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook healthy, balanced meals in line with dietary requirements and school menus.
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met and maintained.
• Collaborate with the school team to develop engaging menus that excite our students about food.
• Serve meals with a smile, creating a welcoming dining experience for all.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.

• Previous experience in a cooking or catering role, preferably within an educational setting.
