Job summary

Aspire People is currently recruiting School Administrators in Royal Leamington Spa for temporary roles within schools. The positions offer £14.00–£16.00 per hour and will run on a casual, as-needed basis throughout the school year, with both full-time and part-time hours available.

Ideal candidates will have experience in school administration and be proficient with SIMS, ARBOR, or BROMCOM. You must be willing to complete right-to-work checks and an enhanced DBS processing at cost if required.

Qualifications

• Experience in school administration.
• Familiar with SIMS, ARBOR or BROMCOM.
• Willing to work on a temporary basis.
• Eligible to work in the UK and prepared for DBS processing.

• Input details onto SIMS/ARBOR/BROMCOM.
• Answer phones and take messages.
• Typing of letters and memos.
• Filing, faxing and photocopying.
• Dealing with parents and pupils.
