Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join the Inverness store. This is a part-time, temporary role until January 2027, contracted for 8 hours per week.

You will earn a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.91 per hour, plus hourly sales commission. You will help deliver an exceptional shopping experience, work well in a team, stay calm under pressure, and seize opportunities to grow within retail.

Responsabilités

• Approach customers and provide helpful information on products.
• Serve customers at the till and process sales transactions.
• Promote and upsell complementary products with each sale.
• Work with the team to hit store sales targets and KPIs.
• Replenish stock to keep shelves full and tidy.
• Process stock deliveries promptly.
• Maintain a clean and orderly shop floor.

Purpose

Deichmann are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join the team in our Inverness store.

You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.91 per hour + non contractual, hourly sales commission.

Key activities:

• Approaching customers, providing helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
• Serving customers at the till - processing sales transactions.
• Recommending and promoting complimentary products with each sale.
• Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPI’s.
• Continuous stock replenishment to ensure the shelves are always full.
• Processing of stock deliveries in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that the shop floor is always kept clean & tidy, to a high standard.
• Any additional ad hoc duties, as and when required.
