Job summary

Flannels Group is seeking a Temporary Sales Assistant for the Christmas period. You will engage with customers, advise on products, and help maintain a polished store appearance. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced, friendly team environment while supporting stock, pricing, and overall store goals.

This role offers flexible hours, employee discounts, and development opportunities within the Frasers Group. The Christmas schedule includes weekends, bank holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer to deliver outstanding service.
• Use product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations.
• Support the team in delivering store goals.
• Help maintain stock presentation and replenish stock as needed.
• Assist with deliveries, stock processing and ensure pricing is up-to-date.

As a Temporary Sales Assistant for the Christmas period (ending 10th January 2027), you'll bring energy, enthusiasm, and customer focus to every shift. From helping customers with product selections to maintaining the look and feel of the store, you'll contribute to a first-class shopping experience, all while gaining valuable skills and building your confidence in a fun, fast-moving retail environment.

Sales & Service

• Engage with every customer to deliver outstanding service
• Use your product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations

Visual Merchandising

• Help maintain store standards through stock presentation and replenishment
• Support visual merchandising standards that reflect the Flannels brand

Operations

• Assist with deliveries and stock processing
• Ensure pricing is up-to-date and accurate
• Support stock counts and inventory accuracy
