Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Temporary Sales Assistant for the Christmas period. You will engage customers, assist with product selections, and help maintain an inviting store appearance to deliver a first-class shopping experience.

Join a fast-paced, supportive team and contribute to store goals while gaining valuable retail experience. You will work across busy shifts including bank holidays, weekends, and evenings through 10 January 2027.

As a Temporary Sales Assistant for the Christmas period (ending 10th January 2027), you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and customer focus to every shift. From helping customers with product selections to maintaining the look and feel of the store, you’ll contribute to a first-class shopping experience, all while gaining valuable skills and building your confidence in a fun, fast-moving retail environment.

Sales & Service

• Engage with every customer to deliver outstanding service

Visual Merchandising

• Help maintain store standards through stock presentation and replenishment
• Support visual merchandising standards that reflect the Frasers brand

Operations

• Assist with deliveries and stock processing
• Ensure pricing is up-to-date and accurate
• Support stock counts and inventory accuracy
• Customer-focused with a passion for retail
• Friendly, confident, and a strong communicator
• Adaptable with a flexible work ethic

• You will be required to work over the Christmas period (bank holidays, weekends and evenings)
