Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Temporary Sales Assistant for the Christmas period to deliver energy, enthusiasm and customer focus. You’ll help customers with product selections and maintain store appearance, contributing to a first-class shopping experience and gaining valuable skills.

You will engage with every customer, use product knowledge to make tailored recommendations, support the team to hit store goals, and assist with stock presentation, replenishment and visual merchandising that

Responsibilities

• Assist with deliveries and stock processing; ensure pricing is up-to-date.

Job Description

As a Temporary Sales Assistant for the Christmas period (ending 10th January 2027), you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and customer focus to every shift. From helping customers with product selections to maintaining the look and feel of the store, you’ll contribute to a first-class shopping experience, all while gaining valuable skills and building your confidence in a fun, fast-moving retail environment.

• Engage with every customer to deliver outstanding service
• Use your product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations
• Support the team in delivering store goals
• Help maintain store standards through stock presentation and replenishment
• Support visual merchandising standards that reflect the Frasersbrand

Operations

• Assist with deliveries and stock processing
• Ensure pricing is up-to-date and accurate
• Support stock counts and inventory accuracy
