Job description

Temporary Sales Administrator - Up to £14.00-£16.50!

Location: Bradford - BD8 - Parking available

Hours: Monday to Friday

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3 months, with potential to extend

Pay Rate: £14.00 - £16.80

You will support an engineering business based in Bradford BD8 as part of a team providing a central point of contact for clients, engineers, and departments. Please note, this role could become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly, remaining courteous and professional
  • Respond to phone calls and emails from the UK and globally
  • Use effective communication to proactively manage customer expectations
  • Produce RAMs and Method Statements before the service engineer attends site
  • Upload relevant documentation for the engineer’s visit prior to attendance
  • Issue visit reports to customers and liaise with spares for any follow-up work
  • Liaise with suppliers on orders to ensure timely arrival before engineer visits
  • Update internal systems regarding client orders
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or Service Coordinator
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent time management
  • Experience with RAMs and Method Statements is a bonus but not essential
  • IT literate: Excel, Outlook, Sage or other CRM systems
