Temporary Sales Administrator | £25k – £28k | LE9 Leicestershire
Immediate Start
Full Time – Ongoing opportunity

Cherry Professional are currently looking for a bright and engaged individual to join our client on a temporary basis, following the unexpected departure of a team member. This is an evolving role that blends sales support and customer engagement with general office admin, and could potentially develop into something more permanent for the right person!

What we’re looking for:

Comfortable on the phone and has a confident, friendly communication style
Solid experience using Salesforce – you’ll be one of the more experienced users in the team
A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to spot and qualify opportunities
Upbeat, approachable, and adaptable personality to a relaxed but focused office environment
This is an office-based role – no travel or cold calling involved
All customers you’ll be contacting are already in the database and have had prior engagement
Sales experience (especially with a slightly technical product or service) would be helpful
Immediate availability is ideal

The finer elements of the role include:

Re-engaging with existing customers and prospects who have shown interest in solutions
Making proactive outbound calls (no cold calling) to follow up on opportunities, gather updates, and help qualify leads
Keeping Salesforce up to date with accurate activity and pipeline information
Working closely with Sales & Marketing Director to support business development initiatives
