We have a brilliant opportunity forTemporary Retail Sales Associate in our store in The Quays Shopping Centre, Newry.

The Role:

Kukoon is seekingan 8-hour Temporary
Retail Sales Associateto help connect our customers with their perfect rug. We want to hear from you if you enjoy coming to work to have fun, love providing excellent customer service and have a passion for all things interiors.

So what will you be doing at Kukoon:

• Be an inspirational, helpful and informed role model, giving genuine interior advice to our growing customer database.
• Providing the best customer service and interior product knowledge. This can be in person, over the phone or via email.
• Achieving exceptional visual delivery that reflects the Kukoon brand, to help take our customers on an interior journey and enhance their overall in-store experience.
• Help to maintain accurate inventory by adhering to all policies and procedures.
• Working with an A+ team to smash sales targets and increase customer footfall.
• Opening and closing of the store (Due to key holding duties candidates should be over 18).

• You will have some customer service experience in a similar role, dealing with customers in a retail environment.

• A basic knowledge of an inventory and point of sale till system.

This role requires flexibility across the week including weekends.

Store opening hours are:

Monday - Saturday 10:00 - 18:00

Sunday 13:00 - 18:00
