Job Role: Customer Service Associate

To be successful in this role, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and must be committed to providing the best customer service experience.

The focus is on service, not just standing and filling shelves. If you have a personable personality that customers will appreciate and enjoy engaging with, this role may be perfect for you.

Your day will vary, from assisting customers at the till with a friendly smile to helping them find their ideal products.

You should have a flexible approach, as there will be times when you'll support other areas of the store to meet business needs.

Previous retail experience is NOT essential. We provide all the necessary training and support to help you succeed and deliver excellent service.
