Job summary

A leading company in the hospitality sector is looking for Relief Chefs to work in hotels, restaurants, pubs, and care homes around Hull. Flexible working conditions are offered for chefs capable of fulfilling various roles depending on property needs. Required chefs should have DBS checks or be willing to attain one, along with experience at least at Sous Chef level.

Qualifications

  • Worked to at least Sous Chef level.
  • Capable of jumping on any section.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a variety of properties as Relief Chef.
  • Handle different levels from Chef de Partie to Head Chef.

Flexible chefs who are able to work in a variety of properties sometimes at short notice. You may be working fromChef de Partie to Head Cheflevel, depending on your skills and the requirement of the property you will be working at.

We have a number of care home contracts in this region which require Relief Chefs who have DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks in order to work in their kitchens. There is regular work available with a number of the homes.

Requirements:

Chefs who have worked to at least Sous Chef level with excellent all round cooking skills capable of jumping on any section and used to working in fast paced kitchens with all fresh produce. Chefs with DBS checks or are willing to get one are required.

It is not essential to have your own transport but it is advantageous.
